H\u00f6here Aluminiumoxid Anteile in der Keramik von bis zu 98% erh\u00f6hen hierbei die Keramik H\u00e4rte und Verschlei\u00dffestigkeit der Keramik.<\/p><p>Aufgrund der hervorragenden Eigenschaften in Bezug auf Verschlei\u00dfschutz, Korrosions- und W\u00e4rmebest\u00e4ndigkeit werden diese Aluminiumoxid Keramiken vorzugsweise im Materialumschlag in der Kohleindustrie, in der Elektrizit\u00e4ts-, Metallurgie-, Bergbau- und chemischen Industrie eingesetzt.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3b8466e elementor-hidden-desktop elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"3b8466e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul>\n \t<li><strong>H\u00e4rte<\/strong>: Die H\u00e4rte von Al<sub>2<\/sub>O<sub>3<\/sub> ist weitaus h\u00f6her als die von Verschlei\u00dfstahl (Hardox usw.) oder anderen g\u00e4ngigen Verschlei\u00dfschutzmaterialien wie z. B. Schmelzbasalt. (Mosh-H\u00e4rte ca. Grad 9, Rockwell-H\u00e4rte ca. 87, Vickers-H\u00e4rte ca. 1.200 kg\/mm2)<\/li><br>\n \t<li><strong>Abriebfestigkeit:<\/strong> Die Abriebfestigkeit von Al<sub>2<\/sub>O<sub>3<\/sub> ist ca. 260 bis 270 mal h\u00f6her als bei Manganstahl und ca. 170-mal h\u00f6her als bei verschlei\u00dffestem Chromstahl. Die Auskleidung von Rohren mit Al<sub>2<\/sub>O<sub>3<\/sub> erh\u00f6ht die Lebensdauer von Rohren bei vergleichbaren Betriebsbedingungen um mindestens das Zehnfache.<\/li><br>\n \t<li><strong>Korrosionsbest\u00e4ndigkeit:<\/strong> Keramiken mit hohem Al<sub>2<\/sub>O<sub>3<\/sub> weisen eine \u00e4u\u00dferst stabile Molekularstruktur auf und sind resistent gegen elektrochemische Korrosion. Dies gew\u00e4hrleistet eine hohe Korrosionsbest\u00e4ndigkeit gegen\u00fcber verschiedenen L\u00f6sungen wie S\u00e4ure, Lauge, Salz und organischen L\u00f6sungsmitteln.<\/li><br>\n \t<li><strong>Selbstschmierung:<\/strong> Keramiken mit hohem Al<sub>2<\/sub>O<sub>3<\/sub> Gehalt haben hervorragende Selbstschmierungseigenschaften und sind nicht klebend. \nDie Rauheit der Keramik betr\u00e4gt nur 1\/6 der von Stahlrohren, was zu einem geringeren Str\u00f6mungswiderstand f\u00fchrt.
