Rubber-ceramic composite mats with contact layer
Rubberized ceramic mats:
- Alumina ceramic elements are vulcanized into an impact-absorbing, load-bearing rubber sheet.
- Additional adhesive layer on the rubber for direct bonding
- Direct bonding of the individual segment plates on steel surfaces with rubber cold glue
Directly glued ceramic mats:
Aluminum oxide ceramic elements are bonded directly to steel surfaces using an adhesive system.
- At temperatures up to 120°C bonding with high-strength epoxy adhesive system.
- For a temperature range of up to 250°C bonding with temperature-resistant silicone adhesive.
Properties Aluminum Oxide Ceramic:
- Smooth surface with optimal sliding ability
- Water repellent
- very little wear
- Available standard ceramic thicknesses of 3mm, 4mm, 6mm, 8mm and 10mm
Properties Rubber with contact layer
- Elastic substructure with adhesive layer for quick assembly
- Impact absorption.
- Minimizing noise emissions
